Being Flexible: Adaptation is a sign of intelligence

People in general are so stressed out. Individuals have so much anxiety and worry about far more things than they can really do anything about. Some good ideas for being healthier might include:
  1. Turn off the TV
  2. Read a book, listen to music, etc.
  3. Be flexible- Adaptation is a sign of intelligence
  4. Do things that are intellectually and physically stimulating and challenging
  5. Learn to relax
  6. Learn to listen to what others are saying
  7. Be flexible- Adaptation is a sign of intelligence
  8. Learn to prioritize...(what is really important)
  9. Focus on your self and your life
  10. Practice Self Care - Psychological and Physical
  11. Choose a healthy lifestyle....Duh...
Seems pretty basic and general...try it ...

Naturally everyone needs to find what works for them. Hopefully, everyone will one day be smart enough to at least make healthy choices regarding the factors in their life that they have the ability to change or manage.

We cannot "control" others or events in the world...but we can choose how we manage ourselves and how to react to all that surrounds us.
